Learn how to go upside down! In this class, we will be learning how to do a handstand—the most fundamental of all gymnastics skills. We will provide a breakdown of the mechanics, share demonstrations and move onto fun and user-friendly drills. Our coaches are equipped to spot and support adults of all sizes and experience levels! We will end the class with trying some rolls and cartwheels for those ready to progress.
